Valley Associated Urology Medical Group in Modesto, California
expected to develop a full service urology center in Modesto. The
project is new construction, single-story, housing a urology clinic and a
three operating room licensed ambulatory surgery center. The total
initial development was expected to be approximately 25,000 SF.

The construction documents for this project were completed in
2003, however at this time, this project has not been constructed.
