DESCRIPTION
This 54,000 SF orthopaedic practice was designed and constructed in two
phases. The first phase consisted a 10,000 SF ambulatory surgery center.
The second phase consisted of an imaging center, physical therapy and
clinic facilities for the 16 surgeon practice. The second phase was a two
story facility of approximately 44,000 SF.
