DESCRIPTION
Dr. Gray Smith and his wife Nohemi commissioned GatorSktch Architects in December 2007 for the design of their new commercial office building in Clermont, Florida. The new building of approximately 3,400 square feet is now home to the separate business practices of Mr. & Mrs. Smith. Dr. Gray Smith now operates out of his 2,500 square foot optometry practice suite, while Mrs. Smith's law practice resides next door. South Lake Optical showcases a large contemporary optical dispensary, with the capability to display approximately 1,000 frames. Two modern exam lanes, visual fields testing, and a state-of-the-art optical lab were also included. Mrs. Smiths practice was designed with a more traditional fl avor, and includes a conference room with seating for 8, three attorney offices, and a separate business office.
